Do you offer unlimited data?

Yes — AlphaX Networks offers both capped-speed and unlimited plans, depending on the package you choose.

Some plans are speed-based (for example, 3 Mbps, 5 Mbps, or 10 Mbps), while others come with unlimited data at higher speeds.

We clearly indicate the speed and data limits for each plan so you can choose what best fits your needs — whether it’s basic browsing, streaming, or business use.

What equipment do you provide?

We include a Wi-Fi router and installation equipment with most plans at no extra cost. If you prefer to use your own compatible router, just let our support team know.

How long does installation take?

Typical installations are completed within 24–48 hours after order confirmation. Once scheduled, our technician will install your connection at a time that suits you.

How do I pay my bill?

You can make payments easily using M-Pesa Till Number: 315591 (Alpha Network) or through Online payment through our Self-Care Portal

After completing your payment, your service will be activated or renewed accordingly. If you need confirmation or assistance with your payment, please contact us on +254 741 384 640.

Why is my internet slower sometimes?

Can I suspend my service if I’m away?

We do not offer service suspension. If you’re away, simply pause payments — your service will automatically disconnect and reconnect when a new payment is received.
